Chief Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Compliance Officer (Fractional) to lead its compliance department and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance discovery and develop a multi-year compliance strategy
• Oversee regulatory compliance, including telehealth governance and HIPAA adherence
• Implement monitoring systems for billing and coding to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, with 5 years in a leadership role in Virtual Care/Telehealth
• JD, Master's in Healthcare Administration (MHA), or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• Certification with CHC or CHPC is ideal
• Expertise in 50-state telehealth regulations and healthcare compliance laws
• Ability to educate cross-functional teams on compliance requirements
