Chief Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Compliance & Regulatory Officer (CCRO).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise-wide compliance and ethics program
• Provide executive oversight for regulatory strategy and compliance related to medical devices and healthcare services
• Conduct enterprise compliance risk assessments and oversee internal compliance audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (JD, Master's, or equivalent)
• Professional certification preferred (CHC, CCEP, RAC, or equivalent)
• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in healthcare compliance or regulatory affairs
• Experience in medical device, digital health, or pharmacy services sectors
• Experience supporting public company governance preferred
