Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Evolve and maintain the Compliance Management System (CMS) in alignment with regulatory guidance and risk appetite
• Lead efforts to identify and mitigate consumer harm risks across digital products and services
• Oversee compliance testing and monitoring, ensuring effective remediation of control gaps

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of compliance leadership experience in U.S. banking, particularly in consumer finance and digital banking
• Expert knowledge of banking regulations, including UDAAP, BSA/AML/OFAC, and privacy laws
• Proven success in managing bank compliance programs and interacting with regulators
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus
• Strong governance and Board reporting skills
