Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Compliance Department and develop a comprehensive compliance program
• Oversee investigations and manage compliance policies and risk mitigation strategies
• Advise executive leadership and the Board on compliance matters and regulatory developments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive compliance leadership experience in regulated industries
• Proven experience in building and leading enterprise compliance programs
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence executives and Boards
• Deep knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations and related frameworks
