A company is looking for a VP, Chief Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary regulatory liaison for supervisory examinations and inquiries
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate changes into actionable guidance
• Oversee state lending licensure and lead enterprise consumer protection programs

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of compliance experience in consumer financial services
• 5+ years in an executive or senior leadership role overseeing compliance programs
• Deep knowledge of CFPB regulations and federal/state consumer protection laws
• Experience leading regulatory examinations and remediation efforts
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or certifications preferred
