Chief Compliance Officer

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time remote Chief Compliance Officer will manage the strategic development and execution of the Bank's compliance risk management program while reporting to the Board's Audit and Risk Committee and collaborating with business partners to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage consumer compliance regulatory examinations and agency/investor reviews
• Develop and implement policies and programs to manage compliance risks across the organization
• Lead the selection and integration of compliance technology management solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; JD preferred
• Minimum 15 years in a senior leadership position with a proven track record in compliance management systems
• Extensive experience in risk and compliance management within the financial services industry
• Expert knowledge of regulatory expectations and risk management practices
• Demonstrated understanding of compliance systems and controls based on the three lines of defense model
