Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Chief Compliance Officer to lead clinical and billing compliance for remote care programs, manage payor audits, and enhance the compliance program maturity while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own compliance for all remote care programs, integrating CMS rulemaking into operational workflows
• Lead the payor audit lifecycle and manage recoupment defenses, ensuring revenue protection
• Act as the compliance voice in enterprise sales and client diligence, providing decision-ready analysis to the executive team

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience working inside a payor or successfully defending providers against them
• Demonstrated history of leading recoupment defense and Medicare appeals
• Experience managing intensive CMS or payor audits as the primary leader
• Working command of CPT-level requirements for remote care programs
• Experience formalizing a compliance function against the OIG seven elements
