Chief Construction Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Construction Officer to oversee the lifecycle of data center development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics from concept through commissioning
• Lead contractor selection, oversee construction document preparation, and maintain project schedules
• Build and lead a project delivery team while acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of construction project management experience, with at least 5 years in mission-critical or data center delivery
• Experience in high-growth environments, preferably with startups or innovative infrastructure firms
• Proven track record of delivering projects valued at $250MM or more on schedule and within budget
• Deep understanding of project controls and scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
