Job Summary

Seeking a visionary Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Officer, the full-time remote position will lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide data and AI strategy, focusing on transforming healthcare delivery, enhancing clinical decision-making, and fostering a culture of data-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise data and AI strategy aligned with organizational priorities
• Lead the development, scaling, and adoption of AI/ML solutions across clinical, operational, and financial domains
• Partner with clinical leaders to embed analytics into workflows and improve patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 15+ years of experience in IT, data, analytics, or digital leadership within complex healthcare environments
• 10+ years of IT or business leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven success leading large-scale data and AI transformations
• Deep expertise in data governance, analytics platforms, and AI/ML applications
