Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Development Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for Development, Planning, and Engineering functions
• Oversee acquisition, development, and redevelopment of new sites, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution
• Supervise the overall development process, including site selection, permitting, and construction management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of real estate development and project management experience
• Proven track record of delivering successful real estate projects on time and within budget
• Education and/or extensive experience in construction, design, or engineering preferred
• Working knowledge of architectural plans and construction costs
• Able to manage multiple complex projects with overlapping deadlines
