Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Development Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies aligned with the College's mission and strategic direction
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, industry partners, and foundations to enhance donor engagement
• Lead and manage the Foundation team, ensuring effective oversight of operations, budget planning, and scholarship programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Six years of experience in fundraising with progressive management responsibility
• Three years of experience in major gift fundraising
• Three years of experience in a supervisory role
• Preferred: Master's degree and experience in community college fundraising
