Required Qualifications

• 15-20 years of progressive leadership experience in fundraising strategies
• 10-15+ years of experience in U.S. philanthropic fundraising, with international experience preferred
• Strong background in digital marketing campaigns and individual giving strategies
• Experience cultivating high-net-worth individuals and familiarity with various philanthropic vehicles
• Understanding of blended finance and earned income models to diversify revenue streams
