Job Summary

Leading the revenue strategy and philanthropic growth, the full-time Chief Development Officer will oversee fundraising operations, manage donor relationships, and serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior executives in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall fundraising and revenue strategy aligned with the organization's long-term vision
• Lead institutional philanthropy efforts, cultivating relationships with major donors and partners to expand funding opportunities
• Design and strengthen operational infrastructure to support a sophisticated global development function, ensuring accountability and measurable results

• 10-15 years of development leadership experience in complex organizations with global reach
• Proven track record of securing transformational gifts and managing high-performing teams
• Experience in designing operational strategies for modern development functions, including grants management and donor operations
• Strong strategic intelligence and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
