Chief Development Officer

Job Summary

Owning the clinical development strategy for the Lindus Therapeutics portfolio, the full-time Chief Development Officer will lead the development of in-licensed assets, design clinical studies, and drive regulatory paths while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Developing clinical strategies to advance assets to Phase 2 proof-of-concept efficiently
• Designing Phase 1 and Phase 2 studies, including regulatory and CMC plans
• Building and managing a virtual development organization of fractional and consultant experts

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading clinical programs through Phase 1 and Phase 2 in pharma or biotech
• Experience with in-licensed and partnered assets, including developing plans based on dataset gaps
• Ability to design clinical programs with a focus on exit strategy and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously and making prioritization decisions
• Established network to recruit regulatory, CMC, pharmacology, and clinical talent as needed
