Job Summary
A company is looking for a Chief Digital Officer responsible for setting the strategy and managing all aspects of the Digital Strategy and Consumer Experience & Insights organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and set the strategy for continuous digital transformation, identifying opportunities to leverage and expand digital technologies
- Manage external facing constituent digital assets and lead consumer insights and user experience design efforts
- Oversee digital experience software engineering teams and ensure high quality product delivery
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in a Chief Digital Officer role
- Experience managing software or infrastructure engineering teams
- Knowledge of current trends in information technology, particularly cloud-based technologies
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and expertise in digital usability, design, and development
