Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Engineer to provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for federal IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the technical authority for the FETS contract, leading engineering and systems administration efforts
Design and oversee enterprise architecture across various infrastructure environments, ensuring alignment with federal standards
Collaborate with teams to ensure the resilience and efficiency of the FCC's IT infrastructure

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
10+ years of enterprise engineering experience, including infrastructure architecture and systems engineering
Demonstrated experience in federal IT environments and compliance frameworks
Deep expertise in Windows Server, Linux/Unix systems, and hybrid cloud environments
Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow
