Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Engineer to provide technical leadership in the Defense/National Security sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of innovative solutions for major DoD/NS capture efforts, considering cost, schedule, and quality
Create white papers, proposals, and briefings to support marketing and business development efforts
Conduct pre-sales engineering activities and assist in improving performance of existing projects

Required Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in planning, architecting, and developing system/software solutions, with 4+ years as a Solution Architect or Engineer
Experience in System Development, Software/Application Development, and Cloud Architecture
Experience in developing or managing DevOps/DevSecOps solutions on cloud-based infrastructure
Experience in architecture and design of distributed, highly scalable, and highly available systems
