Chief Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Engineer to lead technical planning and execution for a significant development and integration program.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technical planning, system design, development, integration, verification, and validation for the TACMOR Network program
• Collaborate with program management to develop schedules, evaluate design alternatives, and resolve technical challenges
• Lead the development of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and provide guidance on product development and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Master's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum twenty years of experience in systems engineering or related roles
• Experience in network systems engineering and design, deployment, and configuration of optical and routing platforms
• Proven expertise in leading large-scale development programs and managing cross-discipline technical teams
