Job Summary

As a senior technical leader, the full-time Chief Engineer, Global Data will partner with Global Data leadership to shape technical strategy, improve execution, and modernize data platforms while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical partner to Global Data leadership, translating business strategy into technical priorities and execution plans
• Define and drive technical strategy across global data platforms, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with long-term direction
• Act as a technical chief of staff for high-priority initiatives, clarifying goals, structuring work, and ensuring execution quality

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or technical leadership
• Strong architecture judgment across data platforms, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives without relying solely on formal authority
• AI-forward mindset with practical experience in applying AI to engineering and data quality
• Builder mindset with a willingness to prototype and address ambiguity directly
