Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Enterprise Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and deployment of comprehensive service management solutions using BMC Helix Enterprise Service Management
Oversee integration of solutions with existing systems and processes, ensuring seamless operation
Provide leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 16 years' experience, or Master's degree with 14 years' experience
U.S. Citizenship and Active Secret or Interim Secret clearance
Proven experience as a Chief Architect in designing and implementing enterprise service management solutions
Extensive experience with BMC Helix Enterprise Service Management and its application across various service management domains
Experience in designing solutions for customer business case management, portfolio management, talent management, and on-boarding processes
