Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Estimator to lead bidding strategy and manage a team in overseeing cost forecasting for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of estimators, assigning tasks and reviewing work for accuracy
• Oversee the full bidding cycle, including analysis of plans and proposal documents
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders on project scope and feasibility

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum 10 years of construction estimating experience with industrial project exposure
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred
• Deep understanding of construction methods, material pricing, and labor rates
• Experience with estimating tools such as Bluebeam, Accubid, and Bid2Win
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
