Chief Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Estimator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the estimating team for large and complex construction projects
• Ensure all estimating deliverables are prepared and delivered according to company policies and quality control standards
• Review contract documents and verify the reasonableness of estimated costs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 12 years of related work experience
• Familiarity with construction contract documents, drawings, and specifications
• Experience with project controls software such as HCSS Heavy Bid, Primavera scheduling software, and Contract Manager
• Clear understanding of labor and trade work practices and union requirements
