A company is looking for a Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial transformation to an outcome-based, IP-driven model
• Scale revenue and margins through enterprise, consultative sales
• Own P&L ($25M+ experience required) and drive profitable growth

Qualifications

• 15+ years of executive leadership in geospatial, engineering services, AEC technology, or related sectors
• Proven experience selling into Government (federal/state/local) and Telecom; Utilities experience preferred
• Demonstrated success scaling a direct sales force and leading business model transformation
• Experience with value- or outcome-based pricing models
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geospatial Science, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
