Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the development and launch of a new home care operating platform, focusing on defining the business model, launching initial markets, and building operational infrastructure, with the opportunity to work remotely or from NYC.

Key responsibilities

• Define Newco's vision and business model, translating insights into an operating model and growth strategy
• Lead market launches by developing partnerships, operations, and a go-to-market playbook
• Design the operational infrastructure to deliver exceptional care and create a scalable organization

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare or healthtech, preferably in home care or senior care
• Proven track record as a builder in ambiguous environments, creating structure from scratch
• Experience launching new markets or healthcare services and developing scalable operating playbooks
• Strong understanding of the home care ecosystem, including regulatory and operational realities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to recruit exceptional talent and build a strong company culture
