Qualifications:

• Extensive background in PIAM, Cybersecurity, or Physical Security
• Minimum of 5 years of Private Equity portfolio experience
• Proven record of managing P&L effectively and driving sustainable growth
• Charismatic leader who motivates and empowers teams
• Proficiency in managing international teams and diverse cultures
