Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Chief Executive Officer Growth Operator who will embed directly with small-to-mid-sized law firms to drive execution, optimize operations, and enhance profitability through hands-on leadership and accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Embed and execute strategies as a growth partner, directly impacting business operations
• Diagnose and optimize revenue streams by identifying and eliminating operational inefficiencies
• Drive accountability by translating complex challenges into actionable plans for business owners

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as a CEO, President, COO, or Operating Executive
• Proven track record of scaling businesses in the $5M-$35M+ range
• Experience coaching and advising business owners on growth strategies
• Strong diagnostic skills to identify and prioritize operational improvements
• Leadership philosophy focused on ownership, execution, and transparency
