Chief Executive Officer of Foundations

Job Summary

To lead a transformative nonprofit organization, the full-time salaried Chief Executive Officer of Foundations will be responsible for strategic planning, revenue growth through innovative fundraising, and fostering stakeholder relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the organization's strategic planning and execution to achieve long-term goals
• Drive revenue growth through innovative fundraising strategies, including major gifts
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors and partners

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, public administration, healthcare administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive professional experience, including at least 7-10 years in a senior executive role
• Extensive experience in major gifts fundraising and donor relationship management
• Experience translating long-term vision into actionable strategic plans with measurable outcomes
• Background in healthcare, cancer care, patient advocacy, or human services strongly preferred
