• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with 10 years in a senior leadership role
• Industry experience in direct-to-consumer, healthcare, or technology startup
• Strategic, analytical mindset with experience managing high-performing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
