Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

To support strategic financial initiatives, the contracted Chief Financial Officer will lead financial strategy, operations, and reporting while working remotely, ensuring compliance and optimizing performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including budgeting and forecasting processes
• Oversee all accounting operations and ensure timely preparation of accurate financial statements and reports
• Monitor cash flow and manage relationships with financial institutions to support operational and strategic needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred
• CPA or other advanced financial credential strongly preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility
• Demonstrated success in financial operations within SaaS, healthcare technology, or high-growth technology organizations
• Extensive experience with GAAP, financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
