Job Summary
A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a long-term financial roadmap to support company growth and international expansion
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and profitability optimization, ensuring accurate forecasting and KPI development
- Manage fundraising efforts and optimize capital allocation and cash flow management
Qualifications
- 10+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in eCommerce, CPG, DTC brands, or high-growth startups
- Proven experience in scaling financial operations, P&L management, and revenue growth strategies
- Deep understanding of eCommerce financial metrics such as CAC and LTV
- Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
