Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement a long-term financial roadmap to support company growth and international expansion
• Own the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting
• Manage fundraising efforts, including equity, debt financing, and investor relations

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in eCommerce, CPG, DTC brands, or high-growth startups
• Proven experience in scaling financial operations, P&L management, and revenue growth strategies
• Deep understanding of eCommerce financial metrics (CAC, LTV, ad spend attribution, conversion rates, and churn)
• Experience with financial reporting tools, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks), and data analytics tools
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with CEOs, investors, and cross-functional teams
