Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner to founders and executive teams in driving business growth
• Build financial operations from scratch: budgeting, cash flow forecasting, internal controls, and reporting
• Design and iterate on operating models that support scale and align with business goals

Qualifications:

• Proven CFO or senior finance experience in early-stage or startup companies
• Comfortable operating in unstructured, fast-moving environments with limited resources
• Deep understanding of cash flow management, budgeting, and operational finance
• Prior experience standing up systems, controls, and scalable financial processes
• Industry experience in MedTech, Alcohol/Distilling, or Biotech/Genetics
