A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance systems and processes to drive operational excellence and support revenue growth
• Provide cross-functional collaboration and function as an operationally oriented business partner to the leadership team
• Own the financial model, improve the planning process, and analyze key SaaS metrics to influence business decisions

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of increasing financial leadership responsibility with experience in operational finance and FP&A
• Demonstrated success as a CFO or VP of Finance at an enterprise SaaS/software company
• Global financial management experience, including international finance, compliance, and tax strategies
• Experience with investor relations and financing, including debt and equity financing
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
