Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial vision and execution of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Lead all aspects of accounting operations, including financial reporting and audits
• Structure and negotiate partnership contracts and manage MDC's revenue portfolio

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15-20 years of leadership experience, with prior C-suite experience preferred
• Deep knowledge of budgeting principles, financial modeling, and business analysis
• Experience with revenue-based business models and equity partnerships is a plus
• Proven success in negotiating complex contracts and managing strategic relationships
• Familiarity with fintech ecosystems or credit union environments is desirable
