Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Own the company's P&L and balance sheet; safeguard cash and optimize working capital
Build and refine financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decisions
Lead annual budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and monitor burn rate across functions

Required Qualifications

7+ years in finance leadership, including experience as a CFO or VP Finance in a high-growth B2B SaaS, fintech, or startup environment
Proven expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance tracking
Experience managing financial operations for U.S.-based legal entities
Strong knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with US GAAP is a plus
Track record of supporting fundraising and investor communications
