Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance
• Formulate and execute financial strategies that align with company objectives
• Manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure effective resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA and/or CPA strongly desired)
• 10+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, including 5 years in federal contracting
• Experience in managing finance and accounting operations for high-growth firms
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, with Unanet experience strongly desired
• Experience with government invoicing and DCAA compliance requirements
