Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Finance and Analytics, managing teams in Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Business Analytics
• Partner with the CEO to develop financial strategies and oversee financial processes including budgeting and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and prepare reports for stakeholders, while identifying risks and growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field
• 15 years of combined experience in Finance, Accounting, or Analytics, preferably in an e-commerce environment
• 10 years of experience overseeing Analytics teams and presenting financial data to executives
• Experience in business development, including managing partnerships and advising on strategic transactions
• Proficiency in developing GAAP-compliant financial statements
