Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ensure compliance with financial controls and healthcare regulations
• Drive corporate development efforts, including M&A, partnerships, and capital strategy execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in healthcare services organizations
• Proven experience in growth-stage or PE/VC-backed companies
• Deep expertise in healthcare reimbursement and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated experience with P&L ownership and fundraising efforts
