Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO on growth and financial planning
• Oversee accounting functions and ensure compliance with financial standards
• Lead fundraising efforts and manage investor relationships while preparing for M&A opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as CFO, VP of Finance, or Controller
• Experience with companies in the Series A to C stage or $30M to $100M+ ARR scale
• Strong background in B2B SaaS, with marketplace experience being a plus
• Hands-on experience in fundraising and M&A transactions
• Proven ability to influence peers and drive strategic financial decisions
