Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to guide clients in financial strategy and operations
• Serve as the strategic CFO for a portfolio of businesses, partnering with client leadership to define and execute strategic plans
• Oversee financial management, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance while optimizing capital structure

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in growth-stage or technology-driven environments
• Proven ability to generate financial insight and translate it into strategic action
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that improve profitability and scalability
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not required
