A company is looking for a Strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead a team of accounting and finance professionals in guiding clients through financial strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic CFO for a portfolio of businesses, partnering with client CEOs to define and execute strategic plans
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, ensuring accurate reporting and strong financial controls
• Provide operational insights and decision support to improve key business drivers and implement financial systems

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in growth-stage or technology-driven environments
• Proven ability to generate financial insights and translate them into strategic actions
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to improve profitability and scalability
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not required
