A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to identify business opportunities and develop processes for scalable growth
• Lead M&A activities including due diligence, integration planning, and financial oversight
• Prepare and present financial performance insights to the Board, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and processes

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of total finance experience
• 5+ years in a software company as a CFO or VP of Finance
• 5+ years in a commercial business organization as a Controller or VP of Finance
• 4+ years in a recognized accounting firm or as a business consultant/investment banker
• Proven leadership in driving cross-functional change or transformation
