Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to identify business opportunities and develop scalable growth processes
Lead M&A activities, including due diligence and financial integration of acquisitions
Prepare and present financial performance insights to the Board and implement scalable finance processes

Required Qualifications

15+ years of total finance experience
5+ years in a software company as a CFO or VP of Finance
5+ years in a commercial business organization as a Controller/VP Finance
4+ years in a recognized accounting firm or as a business consultant or investment banker
Experience in M&A diligence, structuring, and integration activities
