Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

15+ years of total finance experience
5+ years in a software company as a CFO or VP of Finance
5+ years in a commercial business organization as a Controller or VP of Finance
4+ years in a recognized accounting firm or as a business consultant/investment banker
Experience in M&A diligence, structuring, and integration activities
