Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and long-range financial planning, ensuring performance monitoring and accountability
• Oversee all accounting operations and ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior finance roles
• Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, nonprofit accounting principles, and financial reporting
• Experience with cloud-based ERP systems and presenting financial information to executive teams
