Key Responsibilities

• Drive liquidity, cash discipline, and working capital optimization across all entities
• Own full P&L performance, focusing on margin improvement and operational efficiency
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP optimization and data governance

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA and/or CPA preferred
• 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including as a CFO or senior finance leader
• Proven success in turnaround or high cash-pressure environments
• Experience in multi-entity, global organizations with US GAAP reporting
• Deep command of financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls
