Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the company's P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and treasury management
• Execute capital markets transactions to monetize the company's mass tort receivable pipeline
• Establish and manage the monthly/quarterly financial close process and lead budgeting and forecasting

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including CFO or VP of Finance roles
• Experience at a PE-backed company with understanding of board and investor reporting
• Deep operational finance capabilities including monthly close, FP&A, and audit coordination
• Experience managing accrual accounting conversions, particularly ASC 606 revenue recognition
• Ability to build and lead a finance team, including hiring a Controller
