Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Assess and rebuild the finance function to support a growing SaaS business
Enhance financial systems and processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Partner with executive leadership to evaluate and evolve pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies

Required Qualifications

Prior CFO experience at a B2B SaaS company
Experience in a PE- or VC-backed company
Deep understanding of SaaS economics and metrics, including ASC 606 revenue recognition
Hands-on operator mindset in a small-team environment
Strategic experience in business model decision-making
