Job Summary

Chief Financial Officer, responsible for managing financial and people strategies in a full-time, exempt role, overseeing financial activities and human resources functions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team focused on fostering an inclusive organizational culture and overseeing People & Culture functions
• Provide financial oversight, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic financial planning and monitor programmatic progress and spending

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in a financial leadership role within a nonprofit organization
• Seven years of supervisory experience
• In-depth knowledge of nonprofit GAAP and compliance with 501(c)(3) requirements
• Proficiency with HRIS and accounting software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
