Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer, the full-time remote position will manage the entire finance function, streamline processes, create pricing strategies, and build strong partnerships with sales to drive the company's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Streamline finance operations by implementing modern tools and scalable processes
• Develop a comprehensive pricing strategy and model the economics of the revenue model
• Organize financials and KPIs to effectively communicate the company's health and trajectory

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, including senior executive roles
• Experience leading finance in a bootstrapped, founder-led SaaS company
• Fluency in SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, and cohort analysis
• Ability to build relationships with sales leadership and possess commercial empathy
• Focus on AI readiness and integration into finance processes
